Ficam cientes os usuários e visitantes de que seu perfil será armazenado com segurança e não compartilhado fora do ecossistema de negócios da LEGGAL.
SECTION 3 - WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT THE USER AND VISITOR?
The user and visitor personal data collected are the following:
Data for registration on the LEGGAL platform: email, telephone number, full name, full residential address, CPF, OAB registration and date of birth.
Data for browsing optimization: access to pages, keywords used in searches, recommendations, comments, interaction with other profiles and users, profiles followed, IP address.
Newsletter: the email address registered by visitors who choose to subscribe to the Newsletter will be collected and stored until the user requests to unsubscribe.
SECTION 4 - FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE USER AND VISITOR PERSONAL DATA?
The user's and visitor's personal data collected and stored by the LEGGAL platform is intended to:
User and visitor well-being: improve the product and/or service offered, facilitate, streamline and fulfill the commitments established between the user and the company, improve the user experience and provide specific functionalities depending on the user's basic characteristics.
Platform improvements: understanding how users use platform services to help with business and technical development.
Ads: Present personalized ads to the user based on the data provided.
Commercial: data is used to personalize the content offered and provide support to the platform to improve the quality of service delivery.
User profile prediction: automated processing of personal data to evaluate usage on the platform.
Registration data: to allow user access to certain platform content, exclusive to registered users.
Contract data: provide legal security for the parties and facilitate the conclusion of the transaction.

SECTION 5 - HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA STORED?
The user's and visitor's personal data is stored by the platform for the period necessary to provide the service or fulfill the purposes set out in this document, as set out in item I of article 15 of Law 13,709/18.
Data may be removed or anonymized at the user's request, except in cases where the law provides for other processing.
Furthermore, users' personal data may only be retained after the end of their processing in the following cases provided for in article 16 of the aforementioned law:
I - compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;
II - study by a research body, ensuring, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;

IV - exclusive use by the controller, with access by third parties prohibited, and provided that the data is anonymized.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY OF STORED PERSONAL DATA
The platform undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination of such data.
Credit card data is encrypted using "secure socket layer" (SSL) technology, which guarantees secure and confidential data transmission, so that data transmission between the server and the user occurs in an encrypted and encrypted manner.
The platform is not exempt from liability for the sole fault of a third party, such as in the case of a hacker or cracker attack, or for the sole fault of the user, such as when the user transfers their data to third parties.
